Where do you ship to?
We ship to all member states of the European Union* and to Switzerland.
If you would like your order delivered to another country, please contact us and we will check whether shipping can be arranged.
*Please note that we do not ship to territories of EU member states that
(1) are not part of the customs territory of the European Union, or
(2) are part of the customs territory of the European Union but qualify as third countries for VAT purposes.

What are the standard shipping costs?
Shipping to Germany
Free shipping on orders over €150.
For orders below this amount, shipping costs €4.90.
Shipping to USA
Free shipping on orders over USD 100.
For orders below this amount, shipping costs USD10.
Shipping to Austria
Free shipping on orders over €200.
For orders below this amount, shipping costs €9.90.
Shipping to other EU countries
Free shipping on orders over €250.
For orders below this amount, shipping costs €15.90.
Shipping to Switzerland
Free shipping* on orders over €300.
For orders below this amount, shipping costs €19.90.*
Customers in Switzerland may place their order via MeinEinkauf.ch. For a small service fee, MeinEinkauf.ch handles all import formalities and payments. In this case, the shipping costs for delivery within Germany apply to your order.
*For shipments to Switzerland, additional customs duties, taxes, or handling fees charged by local authorities or the shipping carrier may apply. These charges may need to be paid before delivery can be completed. Please ensure you are prepared for this to avoid delivery delays.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to dispatch your order within two business days after it has been placed.
Delivery usually takes:

3–4 business days within other EU countries

4–6 business days to Switzerland
Delivery times are calculated from the date the parcel is shipped. Saturdays are not considered business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery status at any time.
Please note that delivery times may be extended during periods of high shipping volume (e.g., during the holiday season).
Shipments to Switzerland may take longer due to customs clearance. We prepare all customs documentation carefully to ensure smooth processing and minimize delays.
Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly. Typos and incomplete addresses are the most common reasons for delivery issues and delays.

A. Right of Withdrawal
Introduction
Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal as described below.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier), take possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of concluding the contract, are not residents of a member state of the European Union and whose sole residence and delivery address at the time of concluding the contract are outside the European Union.
